The All Africa Dairy SCHOOL and Expo 2010 will take place at Mentorskraal Country Estate just outside Jefferys Bay, in the East Cape, South Africa and promises to be the dairy event of the year. The organising committee is proud to host the 2010 event at the wonderfully rural Mentorskraal - a farm with a view of the sea!
Exhibition space is available in one of the halls where a wide variety of products and services will be on display, while there is space for large machinery outside. When you attend the practical demonstrations and courses, renowned specialists will enhance your knowledge of the latest developments in the dairy industry.
Various dairy breeds will also be on show. The highlight of the cattle division will be the crowning of the Queen of the Expo and her princesses. The event carries the full support of the entire dairy industry and will be attended by all role-players building the future market for South African dairy as well as that of the rest of Africa.
An exciting new addition to our Expo, is the SCHOOL where a variety of courses will be offered during the Expo week.
This event has been initiated by the Organising Committee of the AADE which represents a broad cross-section of the interested and affected parties from all sectors of the dairy industry. Our goal is to address the major problems and challenges of role-players in the dairy industry so as to ensure the future growth and prosperity of the dairy sector in South Africa on both local and international level. For the very first time this year we are introducing the ‘School’ which will present the first three modules of our Dairy Managers’ Course and a variety of other courses.
The primary objective of the courses is to provide knowledge and expertise to all role-players in the dairy industry in South Africa so that primary producers can minimise their costs and maximise their profitability and/or effectiveness, with the overall aim of better meeting consumer requirements from dairy products for the local and international dairy markets.
