Exhibition space available

1. Space in the exhibition hall

Stands measuring 3X3 are available throughout the exhibition hall.

Please note: stands will be awarded strictly to trade exhibitors displaying dairy-related products and services.

Cost = R 5 000(VAT excl)

The price for all indoor stands includes: Floorspace, shell scheme, fascia with your name (max. 20 letters), 15 amp plug, 1 fluorescent light per 5 m² or part thereof and stand cleaning.

2. Open-air stands

We also have a large selection of open-air stands. These stands do not include any additional services. Should these services be required they must be ordered from the exhibition manual.
The minimum size of these stands is 24m2

Cost = R100-00 per m2 (VAT excl).

It is important to note that all services must be ordered from the official suppliers. Should you wish to bring your own package, please include a photo with your contract for prior approval by the organisers.

Exhibition catalogue entries

The exhibition catalogue will be included in the Expo edition of the Dairy Mail, the only dedicated magazine for the Dairy Industry. The magazine has a nation-wide circulation.
The catalogue will also be distributed at the exhibition. Exhibitors will be contacted at a later date in connection with catalogue entries.
The Dairy Industry also has a radio programme which is broadcast once a week with in excess of 238 000 listeners nation-wide.
